1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your payment is successfully confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or during major national holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

Once your order is processed, you will receive an automated notification confirming that your package is on its way.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We partner with reliable global and domestic carriers to ensure your package arrives safely. Please note that all delivery windows provided below are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Standard Shipping (United States): 5–10 business days

Expedited Shipping (United States): 2–5 business days

International Shipping (Europe, UK, DACH Region, etc.): 10–20 business days (may vary significantly depending on the destination country’s customs protocols)
⚠️ Note: Transit delays can occasionally occur due to peak seasonal volumes, severe weather conditions, carrier backlogs, or customs inspections which are completely outside our direct control.

Shipping charges for your order will be dynamically calculated and displayed clearly at the checkout page based on your specific delivery address, package weight, and selected shipping speed.

Any free shipping promotions offered on our website are applied automatically at checkout, subject to the conditions specified in the promotional banner.
4. Comprehensive Order Tracking
We believe in full transparency. As soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center, an automated email containing your unique Tracking Number and a direct tracking link will be sent to you. You will be able to monitor the real-time status and journey of your package directly on the carrier’s official tracking portal.
5. Delivery Address Accuracy
Please carefully review and ensure that your shipping address is accurate, complete, and up to date before finalizing your purchase. Leaurex™ is not legally or financially responsible for lost, misdelivered, or delayed shipments resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or flawed address information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an invalid address, the customer will be held responsible for any additional reshipping fees incurred.
6. Customs, Duties, & Taxes (International Orders)
For international shipments outside the United States:

All customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or brokerage fees are determined by the destination country's government and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Leaurex™ does not collect these fees at checkout, nor are we responsible for any administrative delays caused by local customs clearance procedures.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Lost Shipments
Your peace of mind is our priority. If you believe your package has been lost in transit, or if your Vital-Pulser™ arrives physically damaged, please act immediately:

Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery at support@leaurex.com.

Please provide your order number and include clear photos or videos documenting the damaged packaging or product.

We will immediately launch an investigation with the carrier and arrange for a brand-new replacement or full refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
